Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a healthy range of motion in our joints. Stretching can also help prevent injury.
Stretching is something easy we can all do. I suggest you add stretching to your daily routine. I personal like to do some stretching in bed after I wake up. I also like to stretch before doing any physical activity like basketball.
I am going show you a few stretches I like. You can do these at home in your bed, in your wheelchair or in a gym.
