In this video I am going to show you some basic pushing chair skills to help improve your push and improve your conditioning.

Also a dribbling set to work on your ball handling skills.

These are just the basics, but a good player masters the basics and improves from there.

Conditioning Basic sprints 2-push stop 2 push stop with quarter turns 2 push stop and 1 back

Dribble workouts

Normal dominant hand dribbles Small dribbles High dribbles Rocker dribbles Then repeat this set with your non dominant hand
